Skye Blue operates projects on a retained, exclusive basis. Our professional fee is typically based on a percentage, usually one third of the successful candidate’s total first-year cash compensation, comprised of salary and bonuses. On occasion, a flat fee is more appropriate than a percentage fee.

We are always happy to discuss a fee arrangement that is mutually agreeable for both you and Skye Blue.
